Hope Springs Eternal Gala Information

Hope on Haven Hill is excited to share that we will be hosting our 6th annual gala fundraiser on March 21, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Wentworth by the Sea Hotel in New Castle. We hope you will consider joining us by sponsoring or attending this amazing event, which will include a formal dinner (black tie optional), speaking program, agency updates, awards, and an opportunity to show your support for Hope on Haven Hill.

Hope on Haven Hill’s Gala will provide critical funding for the life changing services we offer to strong women and their children, as they find hope and healing in recovery. Private philanthropy accounts for more 30% of our funding and allows us to assist more than 200 women and their children annually.

The George Vanderheiden Lifetime Service Impact Award

2026 Honoree: Scarlett Lewis

The George Vanderheiden Lifetime Service Impact Award honors an individual whose enduring compassion and leadership create meaningful, lasting change for women, children, and families. This year, we are proud to recognize Scarlett Lewis, founder of the Choose Love Movement™. After the tragic loss of her son, Jesse, Scarlett transformed grief into purpose, building a global movement that teaches courage, gratitude, forgiveness, and compassion in schools and communities worldwide. Since first visiting Hope on Haven Hill in 2023, Scarlett’s message has helped shape our culture of care and continues to inspire healing across our families, staff, and greater community.

The Lighting the Way Award

2026 Honoree: Sarah Landres

The Lighting the Way Award recognizes individuals who illuminate critical issues impacting women and families affected by substance use disorder and who expand access to care and recovery. We are honored to celebrate Sarah Landres, a founding Board Member and former Board Chair of Hope on Haven Hill. Sarah’s strategic leadership guided the organization through pivotal milestones, including its capital campaign and the opening of the Center for Hope & Wellness. Her steadfast advocacy and commitment to our mission continue to strengthen families across New Hampshire.
